Our story

We began with a small festival in 2021 coming out of the global pandemic. It was a highly educational crash course in logistics, operations, and the need for coverage in a big open field. Since then we have helped a multitude of events and weddings across the Pacific Northwest protect themselves from the sun and rain.

Our tents are imported from overseas with custom pine poles harvested from the forests of the Eastern Cascades. Poles are sanded and finished with multiple coats of boat varnish. All hardware is custom fabricated and we use high end black polybraided ropes to add an aesthetic touch beyond ratchet straps.

Adding the capability for a bar and/or a stage with sound was a natural progression for us. We are able set up the tent(s) for your vendors to establish under, or we can set up a self-sustained space that can be plugged in by your wedding planner as needed.

We carry premium QSC-sound, a custom made high grain fir mixing deck, and a large amount of rugs that can be placed down. We work with a number of DJ’s who can play classic top-500 wedding or very intricate and tasteful sets that play on classics that speak to each generation. We also have a number of bands we work with

In addition to the above, we with vendors who can provide modular dance floors, floral decorations, and food catering that we are happy to share with DiY planners
